The Tier #3
Plan uses the same hardware as the Tier #2 Plan, but it
uses more of it. Clustering the servers into a computing
cluster and opening the door for unlimited silumtaneous
transactions while providing georedundant backups and
failover servers.
The Tier #3 Plan uses
different software than the Tier #2 Plan. While it can be
operated with only 2 servers, it does allow for seemingly
unlimited scaling. While the Tier #2 Plan does not allow
for any growth.
Each solution can be
customized to meet the demands of the client, integrated
into shopping systems and bandwidth plans. Because of the
large scale of the products users it is unlikely that any
system will be like any other.

| ePanel Sitebuilder is available to
any website hosting company or ISP providing website
hosting services. Prices are based on volume and reflect
the standard distribution. Additional package and private
labeling fees apply in custom distributions. |
Setup Fees
Each qualifying company will be charged a one time fee of
$2000.00 for the initial licensing contract and setup
support package. The fee covers the cost of support as
you integrate the ePanel system into network servers with
a dedicated support engineer. |

Dedicated Leased Servers -
All e-commerce servers are 4 Intel processors 3.0ghz+,
SCSI Raid 15,000 RPM and 4Gig Ram. Upgrades are available
at a minimum service fee. Servers in the e-Commerce
network are monitored by full automated failover servers
with a 20 server network minimum.

Private Branding
The standard package features the e-commerce brand. Some
Companies choose to have the package privately branded in

Credit card Processing
Processing services are included in the fees for each
server license. All processing is managed in the e-Commerce
network and integrated into the ePanel software.
Dedicated secure servers are available either privately
branded or standard at additional fees based on
requirements. Al servers containing credit card
transactional data are maintained by e-commerce inc for
security and PCI compatibility assurance. |
